For order delivery, your name, address, phone number, and package details may be shared with DHL, Post of Serbia, and other logistics providers (if applicable).
5.3 IT & Infrastructure Providers

1. Product Information
All works sold on this website are made by hand. Descriptions, photographs, materials, and dimensions are provided for your understanding; minor variations between a work and its photographs are inherent to handmade production. Each work is unique and is sold as a single item: an order can hold only one of a given work. Prices are stated in euro (EUR).
2. Pricing and Currency Conversion
Prices on this website are stated in euro (EUR). Payments are processed in Serbian dinar (RSD).
The euro price is converted to dinar at a market exchange rate obtained from a third-party rate provider. The dinar amount is fixed when your order is placed and does not change afterwards. Any dinar figure shown before that point is approximate and rounded.
Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees when converting the dinar charge to your card's currency.
3. Payment Methods
Card payments are enabled through AltaPay Group / Payten, supporting:

- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- DinaCard
- IPS
Card data is entered on a secure payment page maintained by the payment processor. Memora does not store or have access to any card information at any point.
4. Order Process
- Customer selects a product.
- Enters contact and delivery details.
- Reviews order summary.
- Confirms acceptance of Terms & Privacy Policy.
- Completes the payment through a secure payment page.
Upon successful payment, the customer receives an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation (if applicable).
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available both within Serbia and internationally.
- Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.
- Delivery is at Memora's cost — no shipping charge is added to your order.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import rules, which are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Right to return. Handmade items are personalized in nature; however, if the product is damaged during transport or the wrong item has been delivered, the customer may request a replacement or refund.
Procedure
- The customer contacts us at info@memoracapsule.com within 14 days.
- Memora reviews the request and provides return instructions.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund method. In case of a refund for payments made by card or IPS, the refund will be executed exclusively through the same payment method — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard, American Express or IPS — by reversing the original transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted.
7. Complaints (Reclamations)
Customers may file a complaint via email at info@memoracapsule.com. Memora will respond within 8 days, as required by Serbian consumer protection laws.
8. Liability
Memora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
9. Amendments
Memora reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The version applicable at the time of purchase is considered valid.
